This place is great

The bathroom door (507) was dirty, had something sticky on it,- there was some mascara on the mirror, and their was red mildew on the shower head. I am surprised. When I think of the Westin, I think of impeccable service at all levels, it's seems as though my room was not cleaned with integrity and excellence in mind. I hope this was a one time experience.
