Gross staff is rude needs shut down

Terrible first experience at the Newport. Went to see Joshua Radin (who was great) but the venue was the worst I've ever been to. It was SOOO cold. I had to bounce back and forth to keep me warm. I left my winter coat, gloves and hat on for the whole show ( as did everyone else ) and was still freezing. Was the heat broken? Someone should have apologized. The speakers were terrible. You could tell Joshua radin was struggling to hear on stage. Constant buzzing sound from speakers throughout the whole show.
