It took about 20 minutes to buy coffee and cigarettes. I had time to pump gas before she got done inside. Every time it's the same issue. The associates are taking too long to do simple task. It took 3 minutes to put 10 bucks on a pump and the customer had cash. That's when I went outside and paid with my card to pump. I have gone at least a dozen times and dread going inside. The bathroom is almost always locked even when there is no customers. My wife would rather pay more at the truck stop then stop there and save money. That's sad because we live paycheck to paycheck.

I went inside and asked if I can fill my cup with water only l, no ice , and she said it was $0.38 I said just for water,!?? and I asked for faucet water only and she said no , that I would have to pay $0.38. I just bought $40 in gas and I can’t have free tapwater in MY cup!!? I think that is a bit ridiculous.

There were 8 people waiting in line to be helped, and at that moment one of the cashiers decided to close her line for whatever Togo do something else. The cashier that served me didn’t call me up when she was ready, she just rudely shrugged her shoulders at me as if to say, what do you want?!? When I waited for a receipt she shrugged her shoulders rudely at me again. When I finally asked for the receipt sh said, well you didn’t ask for it. Worse service I have ever seen at any place.

This is not the first time I have experienced this issue but I thought I would give it another chance, most of the pumps were taken and the store was very busy but I stopped anyway because I was on my lunch break and it was convenient to where I work, there were at least 7 or 8 people in line when I went in and then 4 or 5 more came in behind me and we were lined up down the aisles, (I hope you have video so this can be verified) there was one young lady at the register, her name was Brittany, another young lady came from the back with a clip board and was fooling with the tobacco and she went back to the back, I asked the cashier if she was the only one who could check and she said "yep" and the other young lady never did come back out, when I finally got to the check out I asked the young lady her name and she said it was Brittany and I asked her what the other young ladies name was and she said it was also Brittany, I don't know if this is your normal policy but I think it is disgraceful that you have such little regard for your customers, there are too many other convenience stores in this town to have to deal with that, social media may be my next step. Thanks for nothing.

I have visited this location numerous times and nearly every time I go in the customers are lined up down the aisle, when others come in they can't tell people are already in line and they start lining up at both sides of the aisle, there are always two people in the store but the only time another person started checking is when I said something, otherwise they just let you stand there and don't ask someone else to help, I have let it go on several occasion, I didn't want to make a fuss, I don't know what your policy is but if this is it then it is very poor customer service and I will not be going back, there are too many other stations in this town to put up with that, and several other customers were making comments about the wait too and like I said this happens on 8 out of 10 of my visits. The attendants are completely oblivious to the customers, and it is not possible to say they didn't see us because you can't help but see it when you look up. If you have video, I suggest you take a look at the footage before you don't have any customers left. Thank you
