The traffic flow is definitely a problem. Because people can come in from all sides, and there is no traffic direction for the pumps, it becomes really awkward getting in and out at high-traffic times of the day.

The store was too busy at this time of night for just one person to handle. The line was long when I got there and longer when I left.

Attendants presentation representing Murphy was not what I would expect from this well known business .Not friendly or greeting customers will make a bad mark on your business

The space given to get in is way to small.Which make it highly accident with vehicle or hostility with customers that come in different way to get in.

The attendant was wonderful but I paid for 5 packs of pall mall cigarettes and when I got home (I know I should have checked before leaving) there were only 4 packs in the bag. I love this store & employees & know it was a mistake but I don't have time to go back so I guess I lost out on $5+....still love Cedar Hill Murphy USA though.

The first issue that was encountered, cashier tried to charge extra for creamer that comes with the coffee purchase. I advised the cashier that I will not pay extra for creamer that I needed for my coffee. Then he questioned if I had already put creamer in my coffee, which I advised him that there wasn't any creamer in the coffee. I asked him when did stores start charging extra for creamer, no reply from cashier. The second issue encountered was when I gave the cashier my credit card. The cashier had a sign on the counter that requested credit or cash only. He looked at my card then pointed to the sign assuming that it wasn't a credit card. I advised the assoicate based on his customer service and the approach he used towards a customer, I will be reporting the issue to corporate. Not once did he apologize nor did he clear up his reasoning for the extra charge. I rather go to 7-11 and have fresh coffee while Never being questioned about creamer. As well as never being questioned about my method of payment, when the sign clearly says credit or cash.

Disappointed Manager

I pulled up to the pump that no where it states that it’s pre pay. I pushed to pay the attendant and pump was stopped. Went inside to ask and was told it’s pre pay. I knew I should have put gas at my store but because I was close to this location and wanted to spend my money with the company I’m a manager for so I stopped. Never again will I stop at this location to spend my money. Jessica was very rude and had both oil cabinets locked along with the restroom guess she doesn’t want to clean the restroom or maybe the rules of the company changed for just this location that they lock the restroom and turn the pumps off to the customers
