the service was ok. I was able to get the deal I wanted with a double up grade. one of the employees was very nice, one was robotic. the car is great.

I went to enterprise to rent a car having made a reservation online. When I arrive there were 8 customers and two employees. It was painfully slow. When I got to the counter I found out that I can't use a debit card without a utility bill. Which obviously no one carries with them. So I didn't rent there and went to Avis.

This was a pretty standard visit. Just renting a car for the week. The associate was not friendly in the slightest bit births car was fine.

call centers need to be sure they are giving correct information. because of poor communication with reservations, i did not get my car till a day after i needed it because i was miss informed.

reservation lines have poor communication and give inaccurate information conpared to the locations.

I had to visit this place 3 times before I got a rental. Lack of employees properly informing me of requirements even after I'd call before going on. Vince was great but the female that helped me my 2nd time in there was awful.
