Everybody who works at this location has always been very friendly and helpful. They excel in customer service and I can tell they care about their clients’ needs. Each massage therapist I have encountered has been very knowledgeable and truly listen to the concerns about my problem areas to best tailor my visit to my needs.

First massage ever, didn’t know what to expect. Left very relaxed but wished I had known a few more rules because I technically wasn’t able to get a full body massage.

Scheduling was easy. Massage therapist was great, friendly, and most importantly, fantastic at massage. Member deal from front desk was excellent, I signed up and will be back monthly for a massage from my therapist.

We recently moved to the area and I was over due for a massage! I called and got a same day appointment for a couples room. The front desk was super nice and made booking the appointment easy. Checking in process again front desk staff greeted us with a smile and by our name. I had Ines as my therapist and she did an amazing job! I have been a member at Hand and Stone for years and this location is by far the best one! Ines provided me the best massage I have ever had! I will definitely continue to use this location!
