I’m not a member, so I understand why I wasn’t given the member pricing. But $139 per person for a couple’s massage that lasted 50 minutes was pretty pricey, in my opinion. I may choose a different spa in the future for that price.

No one ever explained the point system and I had over 13,000 points! I had to hear it from a new massage therapist. I indicated yes, I would like to use my points for hot stone. The massage and hot stones were fabulous. However, when I went to check out, the receptionist did not know anything about the points and made me pay! When I explained I had points I wanted to use, she didn't understand the points, and didn't bother to look at how many points I had! After she made me pay the fee for the hot stones, then she looked at the points and repeated to me that I had over 13,000 points so I could have used for this hot stone, instead of making me pay.

I was quoted a price over the phone for the service I requested that did not line up with what I was rung up for when checking out. Turns out that the over-the-phone price given was with a membership. Had I not asked about it and then signed up for the membership, I would have been charged almost double what I came in expecting to pay. Thankfully the receptionist explained the mishap to me and I was able to get the price I was quoted over the phone.

I just being honest to answer the questions I wanted to wait a few more massage session if I am definitely satisfied then I will highly check the bottom box next time. My granddaughter is very happy on her facial lady

My appointment started late. I was also scheduled for a 90 minute massage but only received 60 minutes.

I also got a facial and she used all cold towels very uncomfortable very cold I e never had that, and I went to school for the same thing, not until the end and used a warm one, the lady that use to give me facials no longer work there Danielle. But facial was not relaxing

My biggest issue is that the services are overpriced for what you get. I understand that you need time to clean between clients, but I shouldn't be paying over $100 for an hour massage that really only lasts about 45-50 minutes. I know other places that charge less and you get the full hour.

Logging into your website is difficult. I always have to reset my password. I asked for the receptionist to help get my account squared away but she looked at me like she didn’t know what I was saying. It was late and I assumed she wanted to go home, so I just let it go. Jerry is amazing. He really helped with my pain I was having.
