Lack of consistency when following covid protocols. Sometimes when I go in my temperature is checked and sometimes it is not. If you are going to do this and at least "be consistent".

I booked my appointment a week in advance so I could have Anniy and was called 3 hours before informing me someone else would be giving me the massage. Deborah was very good but I booked with Anniy for a reason

My 1 hour massage and peppermint scalp did not last the full time. I arrived at 9 pm and was out by 10:05. After check in, changing, etc, it was nit the full time. I also booked using the last minute appt for $79.99 and the receptionist tried to tell me I would owe for the full amount because I did not sign up for the “membership” deal. Offered to take me peppermint scalp off since I was the last customer, then upon denying signing up the membership she still charged me for it. I didn’t mind because it was a service I was planning paying for, but don’t tell me it’s because I’m the last customer you’ll take it off and then charge. Everything including the massage felt rushed. I understand I was a late appointment (all that was available...) and I typically don’t complain however I should get the same experience if I came in at 2 pm. If the time slot is available it should be treated as the first appointment and not giving me the full time is unacceptable. The masseuse and receptionist were very nice and the massage felt good, just rushed and not the full length. If I’m missing something or am wrong about how long my hour massage plus an add on should take, I apologize.

There wasn’t hand sanitizer available at the reception desk. The massage was great, but the therapist talked the entire time. There needs to be an option for clients to select that says “fine with talking during massage” or “please no talking”. The massage would have been much better if I didn’t have to participate in a conversation for 80 minutes. Also, at several points during the massage, the therapist had her mask pulled down below her chin.

When I arrived for my appointment (about ten minutes early) I was greeted by friendly staff and the check in process was taken care or efficiently. However, it soon became apparent that I had arrived before any of the massage therapist. As I was waiting for my appointment 2 others clients walked in and were taken back for their appointments before my massage therapist arrived. I was not taken back into the room to start my massage until 5 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start. It also ended at the correct time so no time was made up for the massage therapist for being late.

I thought the facial addition for $80 was not worth it.

Back muscles hurt a bit. But the masseuse did a good job on everything else; maybe I hold tension there and hence the aches. And room was slightly dark than I would have preferred.

The receptionist wore mask but it only covered the chin. The mouth and nose were not covered. 0p0

When I walked in, no one really acknowledged me, and one of the individuals at the desk made eye contact with me and didn’t say a word. The other lady did finally help me. The massage therapist was awesome, super professional, and very pleasant. I was kind of irritated that he put a wet towel over my face towards the end, only because I didn’t know it was coming, and I would have preferred to have been able to remove my make up first. I also had a TON of massage oil in my hair when I left, and as I had dinner plans shortly after my massage, it was not conducive to have very oily hair. All in all, it was a good massage and those things are only minor, I would go back again.

I paid for a deep tissue and it was so light even when I asked if she could use more pressure which she did not. My upper back and shoulders are still full of knots that she barely worked on. I just really want an actually deep tissue especially when I paid for it. Also i wanted to close my eyes and quietly enjoy and she talked the WHOLE time.
