I stopped in to cancel my membership as well as make an appointment for a massage. The front office receptionist was VERY rude and condescending. She told me the Manager would contact me regarding cancelling my membership to finish the process. It has been more than a week since I submitted my form and I have yet to be contacted by the Manager.

The massage therapist technique was not as relaxing as I have had in past experiences.

Trying to book over the website, it doesn't always go to the Camp Bowie store, then no one replies. Getting aggravating trying to find a time when there is a therapist available and I am as well.

Once in the room I waited on the table for my therapist for 9 minutes. When your paying for a message that is already only 50 minutes long...9 minutes is a lot of time to waste.

I thought the therapist was good and addressed my shoulder (which is what I requested). The massage itself was different. He does some unique things. I would say that it just needed be more smooth... For a while, I was wondering if he knew what he was doing... and what kind of training he may have had.
