Aesthetician very kind and professional. She gave me a lot of helpful advice and input. The staff was very caring and courteous.

I am a cancer survivor who had double myectomy. I spent last year searching for a place and RMT who would be willing to do my deep scar tissue massage to break the membrane that has formed in my chest causing major pain and discomfort in my back and chest area. After talking to the RMT not only did I found out that he was general surgeon before, but also knew what I, as a patient needed. He preformed absolute miracle when it came to massaging my panful areas and I can't be more satisfied. He shared his knowledge and exercises I needed to better my posture, something at cancer center they never educated us on. I received basic exercises from hospital. Going forward I can't express my gratitude and help I have received at Hand and Stone massage and facial Spa.

This is not a feedback for the gentleman who completed my latest massage therapy appointment. However the linens were damp as if there were removed before cycle ended on the dryer. RMT offered to changed them but I declined as I did not want to delay the appt

Massage therapist, Khalid, was knowledgeable. Very pleasant and friendly. I am able to move my shoulder above my head. The first time in over 10 years. He provided home exercises to maintain the range of motion.

The receptionists are always wonderful and friendly. Sam the massage therapist was incredible. I have seen him before and specifically asked for him because I knew he could fix what was bothering me. I feel like a new human being.

Pleasant experience staff from the owner to the ladies at the front desk to the person doing my facial. This was a first time visit and will return again in the future.
