The service is consistent. I find the staff very hard working and driven to client satisfaction. And my therapist Tim is like a doctor, I don't even have to tell him anymore where it hurts, he just knows and resolves it.

I would appreciate it if my massage could last the full 50 minutes instead of 45. I’ve noticed that my sessions often start about 5 minutes after I enter the room and should finish after 50 minutes, but they usually end after 45 minutes. Ideally, the massage should start and end within the full 50-minute time frame. That said, Tim is fantastic, and I hope you continue to have him on the team for a long time.

I always see the same RMT. He makes me feel comfortable. He knows my problem areas, and any preferences I have.
