The RMT was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout. He found and worked on knots that I didn't know existed and which a lot of other massage therapists have missed. He even suggested exercises to ensure that I work on stretching muscles around my rotator cuff. I felt reduced tension in my back. Overal, it was an excellent experience.

My first visit at Hand & Stone Vaughan was such a great experience and it will not be my last. I've already booked again for a couples massage in 2 weeks and cant wait to share the wonderful experience. The staff was great from the second I walked in the door and the massage therapist was absolutely wonderful. I felt very relaxed, the ambiance in the room was perfect and overall such a relaxing time to concentrate on myself. Sad I didn't find this place sooner!
