Excellent customer service from the reception and Vio my RMT is very knowledgeable with main management and very professional, thank you for the prompt and great service.

Always happy except when the reception would not try to give me an answer . Had to tell her to check with a manager re my expired membership. She was very unhelpful and did not care to solve the problem . Poor customer service .

I was able to book a same day appointment with Alison and it was the best massage I have had in a long time. Alison was friendly and professional and I really enjoyed the neck and arm stretches she implemented into the massage and great use of the hot towels. I have already booked my next appointment with Alison!

The massage therapist that did the hot stone massage was on of the best therapists I have had over my lifetime of massages. They do need to get new couches and chairs in the sitting area as they are all worn out. It is a very clean place but the chairs are very tired looking!
