Olivia was wonderful - I really appreciated her paying attention to what my body was telling her. I paid for a year of membership and could never get an appointment to fit my schedule. I found it very frustrating but, I didn't want to cancel and lose my rewards. The reception on the day I called, was very attentive and told me that my account could be held so that I could use my reward points. I am still considering cancelling my membership but appreciate her efforts to try to help me.

Jenny the massage therapist is amazing. She is also very knowledgeable. I'm very disappointed to hear from reception when trying to book my next appointment that Jenny was leaving

Everyone at this location is great! Very friendly and welcoming. My massages and facials are personal and exquisite. I hope that there is a living wage to keep master therapists/estheticians there. The staff is why I keep coming back!
