the masseuse was exceptionally good -- above and beyond the norm -- in terms of quality, strength and responsiveness. My back was super tense and a bit tender and she found a way to provide the pressure needed within those narrow parameters .Receptionist also super friendly in trying to get me to come back.

I have been going to H&S for almost a year now with a membership. I was seeing someone different the first few months, but since that employee left I have been with Juliana. I love her! She is very knowledgeable about skincare in general so she is able to focus on my main concerns no matter what they are every time! She is so nice and has a comforting presence which makes for a great experience from start to finish!

I see Lisa every year while visiting Virginia. Always super service and massage.

Wow, what a turnaround. This place used to be very unfriendly when you walked in. Today they were very attentive and welcoming. It's like a different place than it was 6 months ago.
