Hand and Stone

This was my first time to a chain spa to get a massage and I was a little nervous. All in all, the experience exceeded my expectations. Kelsey, my therapist, was knowledgeable and paid close attention to my needs.

Kim provided an excellent facial service.

The massage therapist was warm and welcoming. She made sure to to understand my needs and communicated effectively throughout the process. I have never had a massage before and I was very comfortable the entire time with her. I will definitely book again because of her.

I am a member, and I book every month. Helps with my lower back pain.

I recently discovered the massage therapist Jon and love his work. I appreciate that he has the option of both day and evening hours, which has been tricky to find with other therapists I’ve found that I liked.

Because the masseuse was friendly, knowledgeable and wasn't chatty. We did discuss areas that were tight and what things I could do between massages to help. But it was at my prompting and it wasn't talk you that ruined the experience.

Wonderful staff at the spa. They always take great care of me and make me feel comfortable. It is always clean.

I was able to relax. Therapist worked on my weak spots. Music was soothing.
