The online booking option is very easy, the receptionist are always professional and welcoming and there are a variety of therapists to choose from, to tailor the massage to my specific need at the time. I am always impressed with the cleanliness and ambience of the building. It would be nice to get a bottle of water at the end of the massage.

Ease of scheduling with online system. Able to use gift cards without issue. Value of intro massage. Therapist zeroed in on problem areas and I left feeling better.
