My technician was kind, knowledgeable and was able to use her skill and knowledge to troubleshoot faulty equipment.

Reception staff is always helpful and polite. The massage therapist I see knows what they are doing and listens to what I am telling them and more importantly what my body is telling them. The overall experience is comfortable.
