It is a bit frustrating that therapists seem to leave as often as they do. Replacements have been excellent but would be nice to be able to maintain consistency with a therapist

The receptionist was friendly and prompt and gave me a really great offer and way to maximize my gift card my husband purchased for me. Reviewed a few beneficial changes that have taken place since I was last a member. Helped me schedule an appointment with a clinical team member that would best match me and my needs since my past providers didn't have open availability.

Ashley was amazing! I truly felt like she was doing what was best for my skin based on her professional experience. I was able to relax and enjoy myself while also laughing and having a great conversation with her. I will definitely be requesting her in the future! Front desk staff was extremely friendly as well. Highly impressed with this location in comparison to the other h&s I went to.

Felt that massage therapist didn’t want to be there. Worst massage I ever had. Told her.repeatedly that I had hearing problem and would she speak up. She didn’t. Facial was very enjoyable and I will be back to see Kitty.

It’s easy to book and get in and out. No up selling, when you’re there to relax you don’t want to talk about spending more money.
