Hand and Stone

The whole process was very easy and free of frustration. The online booking made it easy to fit into my schedule. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. I showed up early so they gave me the option to wait out front or in the meditation room. The meditation room was a nice place to start relaxing the tension from body before my massage. My masseuse made me feel comfortable, got to know my trouble areas and worked the knots and tension out of my back and neck to the point I fell asleep. That was the most relaxed I have been in months. I ended up joining the membership after this visit and am lookong forward to my next appointment!

The reasons being are as I have already stated to the questions in the survey. From the friendliness to the quality of the massage and all the factors in-between . Totally highly satisfied.

Front person set us up in the ambiance room. The esthetician was friendly and asked questions about my routine. She explained the process thoroughly.

The Oviedo location was immaculate. My massage therapist was very good at making sure the massage was comfortable. Overall, it is a great massage and a relaxed setting.

Kathy was so very kind, and easy to communicate with regarding my needs. My room was very nice , and the massage was great.

The therapist provided ideal pressure. I was able to use points to add hot stones (my first experience with that service). I routinely have relaxing appointments at Hand and Stone.
