Everything was exactly as I expected and hoped it would be. I was well cared for, and the staff was attentive and friend.

My massage therapist, Panther, was amazing. I had a hot stone massage and she did a wonderful job, I highly recommend her.

Staff is always knowledgeable. Massage therapist listen to my requests for areas of focus and pressure.

I enjoy the relaxation and the attention given to my skin.

The esthetician is very good at her trade. When I visit again I will book her. The check out process was smooth. The check out person was nice, however, the sales pitch is highly dissatisfying after you kindly tell them no once and then twice. Please don’t make your guest feel bad if they cannot afford/purchase a membership.

Jaime is always the best! She knows her stuff and I always love how my skin feels after my facials. She is very nice and I love working with her

Gail is the best to ever do it, she is the reason I come back. I don’t feel like hot stone upgrades should be $30 extra that’s probably the only thing I don’t like, it should be cheaper for members other than that I love everything about Hand and Stone

Am a little disappointed that I can no longer use my packages to purchase product. I have quite a few due to Covid and am trying to use them up before I earn my next package - very difficult.
