I absolutely love Brogan, I am able to completely relax and get an awesome facial. I am disappointed that I can’t book a longer facial like I can a massage.

I feel like my esthetician is very knowledgable and so kind. She never once has made me feel bad about my skin and treats me with such kindness. I absolutely love coming to hand and stone.

I have been receiving massages from Gail Cutting for over a year. She is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had - and I’ve had a lot. He knowledge of my trouble areas, the pressure I like, and time spent working those trouble areas is right on point.

Knowledgeable therapist takes the time to listen and work through n problem areas.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a facial with Jasmine and she very professional, I absolutely love my facial. Also, I had a massage with Terrence and he is fantastic, the best massage I ever had.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She kept me informed about options but did not use any sales pressure. My massage therapist was amazing! This was my 1st massage in my life and she was so qualified but also incredible at making sure I was 100% comfortable at all times. She specifically anticipated every possibility of my needs or comfort and met it before I could ask. She was focused on me and giving me the best experience throughout the entire 50 min. Shauna was outstanding and is certainly an employee that enriches the reputation of the business along with the front desk receptionist who was the 1st & last impression-maker! 10 out of 10 experience!

I love my monthly facials. Unfortunately due to the cost of joining a gym, I cannot afford both. My skin is in wonderful condition and has improved since coming to Hand and Stone for the past few years.

Brogan my aesthetician always informs me which products she is applying and how that will benefit my skin or complexion. She is very knowledgeable definitely an asset to the company.
