I typically don’t give the highest score unless there is something just exceptional, like YOU paid me! Everything was clean, and pleasant and I enjoyed my facial with Nichol. With all of the waxing services, will will be back!

Everything has been great...no complaints! But they were out of the product I wanted to purchase.

This visit was ok. But since this is the first survey I do u need to express my disappointment with an incident with another therapist. It was reported and although I was listened for a moment, nobody did anything about it and I still feel the consequences. Hand and Stone DONOT care about the wellbeing of the customers.

Aesthetician was a bit aggressive about my daughter’s use of retinol and that were it time off oddly, but all ended well.

I think I could have used a little more education about how to guide the pressure from the therapist. She did check in with me multiple times to see if the pressure was okay, but I was always thinking it didn’t feel like too much so it was okay. However, I think I am more used to a deeper massage because when I was done, it felt like it was more of a surface massage. It was great and relaxing, but I think educating the client on what types of pressure there are and what those types of pressure are used for would be beneficial. I have had massages in the past that worked out more of the knots in my shoulders, but this one did not do that as much. It wasn’t her fault, because she did ask me about how the pressure felt, but again, helping us understand what levels of pressure will do and what to accomplish with that would be helpful.

The whole time I was getting my massage, there were people talking loudly next door. You could hear the entire conversation. It is supposed to be quiet and it was crazy how loud they were.

I was disappointed in the amount of up-selling that the staff did while I was there. I was highly encouraged to upgrade my facial to include add-ons, which I ended up doing, yet my skin does not seem any different. After my facial, I was instructed on what products to buy (without my prompting). I also felt pressured to begin a membership, which I will likely not keep long-term.

I wish that I had the CBD massage but it was overlooked by therapist. Otherwise perfect.

I find the online appointment system is not conducive for booking apt. Also, I replied to an email/text requesting an apt and never received a call back

I feel like hand and stone massage therapists do a generic massage. Like maybe they r kinda inexperienced overall but good just not blown away
