I’ve had a membership in the past and loved my massage therapist, Peyton, I just haven’t found anyone else who I have loved. The others have done okay- just not worth spending my money monthly.

I loved my experience but was my esthetician was not my best experience at HS. First, I don't want a man esthetician, and he could not relate to my concerns regarding my skin. He was nice enough but I came there for changing moment and was not thrilled with him. Everything else plus my massage therapist Darlene Betwinek was just amazing. She is the best I've had there and will request her when I return!

As I stated elsewhere, I brought a guest who had never been to your facility. She was not greeted by her massage therapist until 10 minutes after I was taken in and she was waiting in the reception area for me after her massage for more than 5 minutes. While I was highly satisfied with my massage, I am concerned about bringing anyone with me on future visits. And since I rarely go by myself to get a massage, that’s a huge problem for me!

My racialist didn’t not tell me the “detox” was a $20 upgrade. If she would have told me that there was an additional charge I would have declined. However she did not tell me. I was surprised at check-out when there was an additional $20 on my bill.

My experience at Hand & Stone was made exceptional from the start with the reminder email to schedule my appointment. From start to finish the appointment and service were perfect. It's clear the focus of H&S is on the customer and that's what will keep me coming back.

It’s so difficult to get an appointment that accommodates my availability request. My scalp massage that cost $15 was not worth it. So many extra costs associated with facials

Receptionist spoke very softly and could hardly understand what she was saying. Very timid acting communicating

I love this place. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I always leave feeling better and more relaxed.

Add on for facial waxing was over priced. Should discuss pricing first!!
