This last appointment went well. I used a gift certificate. My previous appt. was confusing as I missed my time slot and were told I would have to pay, even with unused certificate. The staff at this appt. did not help and would not (maybe they couldn't) schedule me with another staff member. Not very obliging.

I could hear conversations in the next massage room during my massage. The walls need to be more soundproof for a massage experience.

I was highly satisfied with the massage itself. I did not particularly like the pressure to purchase a membership from the receptionist as I was checking out. I didn’t realize that would be happening - and while I was interested but wanted time to think about it, I was told that the “membership fee” would only be waived if I signed up that day. I didn’t expecft that, and I don’t appreciate that tactic. I left the massage feeling relaxed, and then I felt pressured to purchase a membership as I was checking out.

After purchasing and paying for the additional hand massage, it seems as if the rest of the massage was rushed to fit it in. Also- the hand massage was rushed too.

I waited 20 minutes for my appt. My massage therapist was ready and waiting for me for about 15 minutes, but no one told him I was sitting in the waiting room. He should have been notified right away that I was there. Also, once his previous client went to the lobby to pay, after my massage therapist had not come out to get me after about 5 minutes, someone should have gone back to make him aware that I was waiting in the lobby. Fortunately, he did not shortchange me on my massage, and I liked him. He did a good job. However, the front desk people should not have let me sit and wait for 20 minutes knowing that he had finished with his previous 15 minutes before.

I said in my intake form that I have very sensitive and dry skin and that was the primary reason for my visit. My skin was irritated the rest of the day after treatment. I am not sure I will return.

I was satisfied with parts of the massage. However, there was some intense pressure applied to certain areas of my back that left me sore the next day.

When we checked in we were there for a couples retreat package and the massage therapists nor the receptionist knew that . They took my significant other back without me into a singles room and then I mentioned something before the situation was fixed. Once in the massage room my significant other didn’t think his massage therapist had professional bed side manner and all the supplies were not ready for our couples massage. Our experience started out stressful but then ended up positive, just felt unorganized at the start. We both loved our esthetician’s for our facials.
