I was satisfied with my service. It was good as always. I'm really paying to much for the upgrade after paying almost $60 a month for membership.

The esthetician was fantastic and my experience was top notch until I finished my appointment. Brittney tried to sell me on multiple packages. From the beginning I told he that I did not live in the are and was not interested. She continued to ask me about products I would be purchasing which made me feel pressured and then she came back to me with a brochure about the services again. I had finished a nice facial and did not ge to relax after instead I was having to repeatedly tells her no politely. I do not come to a spa to be sold to. If this had not happened I would have look at this spa like a high end spa but I left feeling like it was a franchise desperate to sell me something.

The survey is asking about massage and I received a facial. I was highly satisfied with the facial. I also had my eyebrows waxed

I didn't think the waiting room/reception area was very conducive to promoting relaxation. There should be a separate waiting room prior to beginning your massage. As it was I filled out my paperwork in the front reception area, which was fine. But I had to wait in this same area for my massage. The windows let in full light and there was entirely too much conversation from others who had finished their massage and were waiting on other members of their party to finish. A waiting room prior to the massage should be in a quiet area with low light and scented candles or something that induces an ambiance of serenity.

I didn't care for the music being played. For the massage, I like to be asked before I get on the table whether I want the warmer on. I felt cold during the massage, and asked for it to be turned on. (no biggie) Since I have had massages and facials for decades in many states and countries, I am very discerning and don't give "Highly satisfied" easily.

As in previous surveys, I’m very disappointed that my favorite massage therapists leave and are no longer available. The turnover rate at this location is troublesome. I’m not satisfied with this fact.

The walls are pretty thin. You can hear conversations happening next door or in the hall. I also don’t like that you have to walk past all the treatment rooms to use the restroom.

I had to sign the initial informational forms 3 times. It seems like admin is unorganized. It cut into my session, which I did not like. Other than that, I like this place very much. Friendly staff and great massage therapists who know what they are doing.

My aches weren’ better. The massage left me drained. These items may be No fault of Paige’s, but I was not that impressed.
