Extra pricing on upgrading the facial.

There was confusion with my appointment to begin with, my husband booked it and when I called to confirm what I had they seemed confused and there was a lot of run around before we got the information correct. The massage was ok, paid extra for foot treatment which he didn't do and paid extra for aroma therapy but in the end it wasn't worth the extra cost.

The massage therapist has rough hands. You could feel the calluses they seemed to be on her thumbs not sure but they are somewhere on her hands.

My room was right beside the employee break room and I could hear every word they were saying to each other while on break. A little too noisy to fully relax.

I called and scheduled an apointment same day for 1pm Sunday 4/23. At 12:15PM I received a phone call from Ashley asking me if I was coming in at noon. After clarifying we scheduled for 1pm, I came in and was not met by Dixie until 1:10pm because she thought I was scheduled for 2pm. Dixie did a great job providing a full facial treatment service so she handled the mishap very well. While I did start a membership upon leaving, the mix up does not start it off with an abundance of confidence that all will work well going forward. I am optimistic though, but wanted you to know so you can help workout the kinks for potential customers who may not be so forgiving with a slightly off first impression.

Either the therapist had callouses or sharp finger nails. I felt like I was being scratched at times.

I am surprised that the there is always an added cost for the facial. I thought I would get a very comprehensive facial for the $60.00 for the service each month but there is always an added cost. Seems very little is included in the $60.00 upfront fee.

I asked for the pressure of my back to be light or medium, however the pressure was hard. I did advise the massage therapist and at that time he lighten up, but the pressure increased. Afterwards, I didn’t feel the pain of the pressure till the following day and ever since had taken muscle relaxer.

Appointment started late but did not go extra long to compensate. Air cleansing equipment in room noisy.

There wasn't a clear distinction before the start of my appointment for a facial of the different types of facials offered, and their prices. I also noticed there are two product lines offered, Dermalogica and Clarity, but I wasn't informed about the difference between the two, other than the Clarity Rx is vegan. If one product line is more "luxury" in either results and cost I'd like to know. I didn't see a "menu" of sorts, nor is it available on the website for me to browse the various levels of facial services. I really liked my facial and aesthetician, but I am still wondering what else this business has to offer so that I may better customize my skin care needs.
