I look forward to my visit every time. I feel like it's the perfect reset/treat for myself. After going once a month for a little bit under a year, I have seen massive improvements in my skin.

I’ve been a member of H&S for several years and LOVE my membership!!! Across two states (mainly) I have never had a bad experience; therapist are always professional and knowledgeable of their craft. This location the team is always so professional and kind. My massage therapist Ms. Darlene is amazing!!! She always gets to the right spot and works out the knots/stress within my muscles. She got Magic hands!
