The massage should be 50 minutes but it was only 40 minutes The smell in the room is not pleasant and unless you pay for aroma there is nothing in the room to make it better

Asked for medium pressure, but received light. Otherwise very good. I will not return to Brentwood location because I was just visiting Tennessee.

Checking out took too long. There were only 2 options for brow color tinting so ended up not doing that service. I had to ask that she check me for extractions.

The massage only lasted 38 minutes, and my massage therapist did not complete a full body massage. She did not even touch my legs because she ran out of time. I arrived on time, but she did not start until 15 minutes into my session and then only completed 38 minutes worth of massage.

I did not care for the therapist’s techniques. It was a bumpy massage, and she had dry hands. I could hear the people in the next room talking loudly. Also, the massage oil smelled bad.

Time of day for the appointment was late in the evening on a week day and I usually go in Saturdays.

Front desk seems to be minimally trained.

Massage therapist was knowledgeable, however at the beginning I said "Med/high pressure," then adjusted to just medium after her use of pressure. Asked her to ease a little in areas, to which she lightened the pressure slightly. I have fairly large bruising in my legs and back now.
