My needs were met but I did not feel like anyone from beginning to end went above and beyond for me to say that I was highly satisfied.

The thearpist deep tissue massage was painful. I told her to easy up on the pressure about 3 times. Deep tissue massage was not like a deep tissue I have experienced in the past.

The location is the only reason

Because my massage didn't start until 12 minutes after the hour even though I was in the lobby ready 10 minutes before the hour. Also the massage was great except for the hands and feet was mediocre.

I would love more of a deep tissue massage like requested. I know that some folks will complain if they are sore the next day by a real deep muscle digging massage but I feel like, if requested, for trigger points to be pressed and muscles to help be released from tension it could be applied.

I would recommend that you ask all therapists not to complain about their days. As a company policy. But overall the services were fab

I dont know what the cost was, so I am unable to give a Highly Satisfied for the value for the service.. the massage therapist on the other hand was great.

When scheduling my message I wasn't asked if I was comfortable with a male or female.

I have had 2 massage treatments in 45yrs. Katirina was knowledgeable and professional. I need more experience beyond 2 sessions in 45 yrs to fully grade the quality of the session.
