Hand and Stone

The aromatherapy is awfully expensive for just putting some essential oils on a tissue. I would think essential oils would be diffused in the room. the massage was great, but got cheated out of 3 minutes of massage time.

My facial was wonderful and I have recommended others to Emily (I think was her name). She massaged my shoulders while waiting for facial creams to dry and it was much better than my massage therapists entire rub. My massage was cut short due to we had 7 women to get paperwork completed, we were a few minutes late but were not told to hurry or our service would be cut short for the same price. We were offered drinks, introduced to everyone, but never told to hurry it up of which we would have. She was very nice, but I told her that I noted medium on my sheet and she needed to do it harder, I could barely feel her, just not much of a massage. She asked focus areas and I told her back and neck thinking surely my feet would get massaged. I got a 30 minute full body except no neck and no feet. I looked at the clock it was 1:30 when I got on the table and 2:00 when came off. I think if a group of 7 women are booking at the same time and it is a birthday celebration, I would more so recommend a place that will accommodate this type of event, knowing it will run behind with 7 women. Just not good if wanting repeat business.

My therapist was good but she talked more than I enjoy during a massage. She also worked on many areas I needed help with but not the main ones I had mentioned to her to start. Also in general, I dislike that the purchased add ons take up the massage appointment time instead of time being added for them...this makes me not want to purchase anymore of them.

I wanted a massage for relaxation, and I felt like my massage therapist was way too talkative for me to relax! And I do wish there was a waiting room that was in a little bit darker of a room than the very windowed front lobby.

It wasn't an over the top experience. It was nice and everyone did what was needed. It was as expected .

I think the music needs to be more spa like. Ocean, rain, water, wind sounds.

The receptionist was new and it took her a while to check me out, but that's understandable. Other than that, everything was great. Eric gave one of the best massages I've ever had and he was a great listener and communicator.

All services were just fine, met expectations , just not highly .

I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early and my massage did not start until 20 minutes after my appointment time. My real gripe is that the massage only lasted 35-40 minutes. I have a real issue with that considering I was early to my appointment. I don't mind if the massage therapist was running late, but she should have completed the 50 minute massage, not cut it by 15 minutes because she was running behind.

Massage addressed some of my requests but not all - there were five us us getting services - 3 had a great experience and 2 had a so so experience
