Darlene was incredibly knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns during my appointment. She even informed me of what my body was telling her based on my massage. She was so spot on with my habits that is was scary haha. Loved it! So relaxing too!

The receptionist was very nice, efficient, and knowledgeable about the Coconut water offered. I waited a very short time before the massage therapist took me in. The massage therapist; Yolanda was outstanding.

I’ve been a member of Hand and Stone for years, and I’ve never been displeased with the service. I recommend and/or offer my unused services as gifts, so my friends and family can experience H&S. For my last service, the front desk team was awesome, took special care of cleaning up my profile and the massage therapist was phenomenal; she made recommendations and paid special attention to the areas where I needed it most. She even found some spots I wasn’t aware of.

Lakreisha did an excellent job as my massage therapist!! She listened to my needs and was great at meeting them. She checked in with me consistently and I felt heard.

I enjoyed the feedback and education provided about my skin, and I look forward to following the guidance. Everyone from the front desk to the esthetician were so kind and welcoming. I hade a great, relaxing time.

The staff are always very friendly and welcoming every time I am there. My massage therapist listens and focuses on my areas of concern as well as suggests tips ease pain on my own. It’s also very easy to book my next appointment in the same visit.
