Hand and Stone

My therapist did a very famous job. Excellent overall, especially with the hands, hamstrings, and neck. I will miss the massages and facials my wife and I get, but we are cancelling our membership because we can't fit them into our schedules anymore. The receptionist said yesterday that I still have two packages let, so I'll need to schedule these two in the next 90 days, one for a massage and one for my wife's facial.

Lauren is the best & so very knowledagble about her profession. I wish there was a Hand & Stone in the Huntville area where I will be moving in the next couple of months.

The massage therapist was highly knowledgeable about how to help my problem areas and gave me several resources that will complement regular massages.

New massage provider Sunny was very competent and professional. If I get another massage or renew my former membership, I would schedule her or Darlene.

Lauren is very sweet and knowledgeable. It would be nice if the estheticians were allowed to use the same tools and methods that are used in medical offices and private salons.

I think in general the therapist did an excellent job and the cost is comfortable for me. The demeanor of my specific masseuse was a little abrupt, the lights were turned down almost all the way off, and she used to much oil for my liking. Would I go back to her again if she was the only person available, yes. I think everyone has different tastes and next time I will try to book with my usual person. She was very knowledgeable and concerned with different problem areas on my body. With this said it’s great that she didn’t want to just give me an over priced oil application. As far as my check in goes, I started my massage 15 minutes late because there were a lot of customers in line and they didn’t ask me if I was just checking in. In general, I really like this place and plan to return.

The staff kept their appointment times. The service experience was great. They were able to change my appointment time due to a conflict.
