Darlene is fantastic. I see here every other Sunday morning and it never disappoints. This past 2 visits the front desk has not been able to get my HSA card to work. I have used the card there for over a year with no problems. I used it two times and other places this past Sunday the same day they couldn't get to work.

I have only had pleasant experiences. The only issue is the lack of availability for massages. I have had to wait up to two months to get an appointment.

Lauren is simply the BEST! she listens and gives great feedback on what my skin needs. she personalizes my care each visit with what my skin needs. she is informant and explains everything that will be going on and gives a rationale on why she is using a certain product. Her facials are so relaxing and so is her overall aura. Lauren keeps me coming back!

It is next to impossible to book desired services at the times requested. Like most, my profession requires that I work during the day, so I need evening appointments. Also, my preference for massages is 90 minutes. That timeframe takes weeks to book

The atmosphere was quite tranquil and welcoming. When I left, I was fully relaxed and felt my skin was in better condition than when I came in.
