Heather Hooper was the best. She was very knowledgeable about the best treatment for my face and the products I was needing. She used great technique and made it one of the best facials I’ve ever received. When I return, I would definitely book with Heather every time.

My experience was absolutely awesome from the moment I walked in the door! The girls at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The ambience was relaxing and lovely. Heather did my facial and I fell in love with her and the process. When I left, Ashley took care of me at the desk. It’s always a pleasure to have an appointment at Hand & Stone. I’ve gone to quite a few in and around middle TN and always prefer seeing Nicole as my aesthetician. She’s knowledgeable and professional. Leaves my skin glowing and radiating confidence that I need to have for my job. Like a bright smile my skin must stand out. Even walking in makes me feel relaxed! Always clean. The complimentary coconut drinks are delicious. I would love to see a small 8 oz bottle offered to go to enjoy the rest of the day whether exclusive to members or not. It’s a nice touch to remember the experience once I’m in my car.

My esthetician knew what to do, and also made the forgives very relaxing. It was the first time I’ve ever had one done and it won’t be the last. I fell asleep a few times and literally woke up glowing. Talk about beauty sleep! I booked an extra appointment for my birthday. However they didn’t have any availability with Jennifer which was disappointing and not being open on Saturday which is my birthday was also disappointing,

it's always a great experience IN the spa, it was just trying to make an appointment and feeling rushed.
