The overall experience was positive, from being greeted when walking in the door to the massage itself being professionally administered. When leaving, staff took time to be certain I was pleased and showed me ways I could make the best advantage of membership. And no high pressure upselling for anything additional so I didn’t leave feeling guilty that I had not “spent enough”. It felt like massage THERAPY experience rather than attending a timeshare presentation or gym membership promo. THANK YOU!

Nicole was fantastic. She always knows what my skin needs are and gives me options re what type of facial I need. Nicole is also very knowledgeable regarding the best products for me. I’ll be back next month.
