When I called to schedule massages for my husband & I had to leave a voicemail. After several days no one called me back. The second time that I called was placed on hold for @. 5 minutes before I could schedule.

My esthetician was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made me comfortable and directed me to better help for my problematic skin.

The staff listened to my needs. They made me feel comfortable. They were prompt with time.
