It had been way too long since my previous massage and everything I receive was good! I was able to use several of my packages for this visit. The entire experience was wonderful!

I had Never had a professional facial before and after coming to Hand and Stone, it won’t be my last! It was so relaxing, I felt like I was asleep for 12 hours. Erica did a great job and recommended a wonderful skin care routine for me to use at home and I’m loving it so far!

The ambience was nice and relaxing. I felt comfortable with my Male therapist and I really enjoyed the warm massage bed. I really like that they had a couples room and enjoyed having my husband them with me

Beautiful, calming decor. Nicole asked questions, described the course of action she would recommend. I felt Nicole took her time with each step. The products felt and smelled wonderful. I loved the way my skin glowed when I left.

From beginning to end it was a great experience! The greeters at the front desk were super welcoming and friendly. My massage therapist, Rebecca, was great about checking in with me on the pressure she used and I felt super relaxed after and relieved of some of my back pain and shoulder tension. My aesthetician, Erica, was super knowledgeable and recommended a face washing routine based on the problems my skin was experiencing. I noticed my skin is brighter and smoother today after the facial and microdermabrasion. She explained the whole facial process as I had never had one before and it was exactly as I expected, even better. Would highly recommend Hand and Stone to others.

If my esthetician were to leave, I would cancel membership. I seem to have an issue with front desk at every appointment, not scheduling next appointment correctly, not applying credits correctly, not totaling product purchases correctly. I always have to request to schedule next appointment, this should be offered at the close of every transaction. Again, I love my esthetician, but if she leaves, I will as well.
