I have been a member since the spa opened in Brentwood. It has always been a most pleasurable experience from the moment I arrive to the end of my services. I always appreciate great customer service as that is so important these days and will continue to recommend Hand & Stone as a wonderful place to refresh, relax and revive oneself !!!

Heidi was very kind and personable. She asked what my needs were and really focused on them. I enjoyed every bit of my visit and I hope to return soon. I don't have the time to join the lifestyle program but I plan to eventually. It's so worth it! <3
