Therapists are great..hours are great for working people

The staff are warm and friendly and are all highly skilled. The environment is very calming and relaxing. This location is consistent and we never have to worry about cancelled appointments.

The receptionists are always extremely welcoming upon entry to the facility. The wait time is exceptional, just long enough to enjoy the calming ambiance of the lobby, but not long enough to grow impatient waiting. The massage therapist was very thorough and friendly.

It was raining and the receptionist went out into the rain to obtain 2 free to use umbrellas for my sister and I. That was above and beyond customer service. The full staff that I came into contact with were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable.

The therapist listens well regarding problem areas. She monitors the degree of pressure and checks in with me. She varies her technique depending on my needs that day.

Njeru is very good in terms of his therapeutic massage and his caring, thoughtful personality. He does a great job, and I enjoy working with him. I am sorry to see him go; he will be moving in July. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming whenever I arrive for my massage.
