Jennifer, the receptionist that handled me, was friendly and extremely considerate. Chelsea, my esthetitian, was very friendly and thorough. My skin felt wonderful and so clean!

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the spa! Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful!

It was challenging to find the Hand and Stone because I was not familiar with the new Hill Center in Brentwood. When I arrivedin the Hill Center, I called and the receptionist was very helpful in giving me directions. The experience was overall very relaxing, inviting, and friendly.

This Hand and Stone was awesome. everyone had listened to what we needed and it went really well. I love the girl I have in your Franklyn office but she was on vacation. And they didn't have anyone that could work with me that day and told me about the Brentwood office. The girls there were awesome. and Juan was awesome! Now I have 2 offices I can go to but now I have to decide who to go too. I really love Sandra but I think Juan is great too. I have another appointment with Juan in 2 weeks. I can't wait! Thanks for opening another office. Wish there was one closer but I'll drive to either one of these for now.

Friendly staff. Great location in new shopping area. A very nice and knowledgeable esthetician.

I am welcomed by Austin and Sandy as soon as I walk in and then I proceed to the Ladie's room which is always pristine. Melia and Eric are very professional and personable. I love having monthly treatment with these 2 so I am a happy member!
