My new girl was very knowledgeable in explaining my issues. Also, I had purchased product not suited to my skin type and was able to exchange it for the proper product, even without the box. I had not used any of it though.

When you upgrade a service but the value of the service is less than the cost of a package, you lose the unused balance of the package -- its really stealing from you clients because most folks don't realize this because it is certainly NOT explained.

The facial was amazing! My sister used on of her credits for the facial and my mother was covering the LED treatment. I felt the esthetician was pressuring me to buy the NuFAce. I told her this was a gift from my mother and my sister using one of her credits. She suggested my sister use her credits to purchase the NuFAce. She did go ahead and do the treatment with NuFAce but didn't charge me, so that was nice.

Scheduled weeks in advance and did not receive a call until day of service that my practitioner could not do reiki, which was what I really wanted. Also, my add on scalp massage was weak to say the least. The practitioner did a great job. I assume he was rushed and trying to just stay on schedule so I don’t blame him at all. I felt rushed as a client, so I’m sure he did as an employee too.
