Music was too loud and too upbeat for a relaxing atmosphere. While I didn’t expect a spa like environment, a calmer more serene room would have been nice.

Esthetician was 10 mins late starting my appointment. So, it was a 40 minute facial. This has happened a few other times, same person. So, I asked for a different person next time. She’s really good at facials but needs to be more aware of time.

Hand and Stone does not offer enough value to sustain my membership enrollment, I was recently told I could NOT schedule a facial weekly. I have 15 services accrued!

My appointment started late and ended early. I feel I was waiting for my ethnitcian for a while in the back. My time shouldn’t have started until she was in the room.

The rooms were dirty and the massages are not consistent. It smelled not great you need to improve the smell and the esthetic person should wear a mask.

I feel like the massages rooms look cheap. They do not seem nice. The membership should cost less for the poor facials of people not trained well.

This massage was great howecer the time before i was late due to traffic and they said they could not accomidate. I have never had that happen- always happy to get a shorter servicr but instead they refused service and charged a session and charged me a tip without my consent. Poor business practices. Will likely cancel membership once package used.

I mostly struggle with using my membership in time. I also wish it was easier to track my services and available points, gift cards, etc.. I'm not sure if I can pay for my membership with gift cards, but would like to know. Overall, I'm satisfied with my massages and Darlene does a great job. I got a facial for the first time this weekend as well, and although it was very enjoyable, I don't think I needed the upsell and did not like being pressured into 5 followup appointments.

The appointment was running behind and I felt a little rushed to get the therapist back in track. She was very nice. If I had more time and money, I’d be back for sure!

I had to settle for a facial but I really wanted to book a massage.
