Difficulty getting an available time that fit my schedule.

I had issues with booking the first time. I booked online and mentioned I needed a prenatal massage but on the day of my massage they had to cancel because they didn’t have a massage therapist that could do prenatal massages there that day. When I called to make an appointment the next time it was much better experience. Online booking could be improved.

The message was wonderful! It was deep and relaxing, without any pain. The facial was less than satisfying. I was early, because there was 30 minutes between my message and facial. Nobody told me wait it was late, and the appointment ended early. I get facials often, this was not the worst or best. It was average.

Great receptionist and therapist

I arrived on time for my 11:30 appointment. I as not brought back for my facial until 11:45. Aesthetician was very nice. However, the room was not clean as I would expect a spa. There was obvious mold and dust on the ceiling vent right above the bed where your facial is performed. Secondly, I wore a black shirt that fell behind the chair during my procedure. Upon getting dressed, I picked up my shirt from the floor and it was covered in dust showing that the floors (at least the corners of the room) weren’t kept clean. It’s mildly concerning considering I expect a spa to be immaculate and clean. The lobby was very clean and I expected that level of cleanliness to carry through the spa room.

I was happy with my massage therapist - she had great pressure through the duration of the massage and I went home relaxed and rejuvenated.

The aesthetician offered additional treatments and services but I was not made aware of the prices. She did say it would cost more. I went in with a $10 coupon thinking I was going to get a $59 facial. I left with a $250 bill!

Therapist not overly friendly, cold. Room decor very institutional, almost like being in a closet. Appointment times often limited.

I really enjoyed my message and my message therapist. He was by far the best experience I have ever had but the price to be a member or to even get a message is out of my budget.

everything was great…no complaints! we will always come back when we can afford it lol
