I booked appts for myself and visitor three months in advance. Two weeks before appt - facials were cancelled due to staffing. Also the instructions of not calling the visitor to confirm appts were not followed.

there must be an incentive for staff to encourage add on services (do they get a cut or bonus as a result?)- because it does feel like a constant squeeze each month to get something extra added on to the regular facial I get each month.

It seemed the massage therapist was new. She was slightly awkward socially and used the same technique over and over to get rid of the knots in my back. She seemly clunky and inexperienced- not at all like the other massage therapists I’ve had in the past who were fantastic.

Appointment ran behind and cut into my session time. My massage therapist was AMAZING, but wish I was notified the spa was running behind.

Have to book really far in advance for a massage and facial together. Very few massage appointments available. Always unsold during facials they never recommend the classic facial, always an up-charge putting the facial over $100. Sometimes not told of the upgrade price until after I say ok.

I have had repeated difficulty scheduling an appointment. The preferred therapist is rarely available. Appointment wait time is often a month or more. Last appointment was canceled by H & S and took a month to get another appointment and not even with the preferred therapist.

Added hand and foot treatment which took up most of massage time. Only had time for neck Would have liked back also
