No one ever answers the phone when I call so that part is always frustrating. The availability is almost never. The only reason I booked here is because I had a gift certificate from Christmas in July and I was not able to use it at the Murfreesboro location.

The appointment was hard to book because there were very few appointments available until December. I was not informed at all that you could not receive any injections 3 days prior until I showed up and just received my flu shot. I understand the safety concern but I should have been aware so my time wasn’t wasted.

My therapist started at 2:08 and ended at 2:52. I was a therapist for 10 yrs and 50 min massage is supposed to be 50 min of service. I had this happen on my last massage there too. I paid for 50 min and expect 50 min.

My massage therapist, James, was very kind and good at what he did, but he was very talkative. I would’ve preferred less talking.

I came in with neck pain. Massage was going well but could tell once he started talking more that he was less focused on what he was doing. He totally forgot his flow and only spent 4 minutes on my actual neck. And this only happened because I prompted it.

I always enjoy my experience at Hand and Stone, however I feel like my facialist is sometimes trying to upsell me on products and services. I have to stay on a budget and sometimes the pressure can get frustrating.

I had some discomfort after my facial. My face was itchy but that is unusual. Upgrades are too expensive.
