Aesthetician was loud in talking during facial, made noise, was very harsh in how she touched me. It was not a relaxing treatment as a result.

I felylt therapist did a good job. She was very attentive throughout my visit.

It was a decent massage. This is my second one at this location and still looking for the massage therapist I’d like to continue to rebook with. Massage felt disjointed. Left areas and went back to them several times, didn’t seem appropriately paced. Did a ok job nothing to complain or rave about

When I first joined I was able to get an appt within a week. Now I have to book weeks/month out to get a time on a weekend or after 5:00pm. Those who work can’t come at 2:00 and there are never enough times after work hours.

I could not get more information and recommendations to protect my skin through other services which may be helpful. I didn’t fell fresh as I experienced before.

I requested a specific person, but she was not the one that did the massage. I do know there was difficulty finding a good day, so maybe that detail was lost in the struggle to fond the right date.

Took me 30 mins. to fill out the online info and not all of it could have been necessary for getting a facial.

Another hand and stone location has you was your hands when you arrive.

Was very disappointed to have to answer questions about whether or not I had a Covid vaccine within the last 48 hours. It was a totally unnecessary question, regardless of my vax status, and invasive of my privacy in my opinion.

Massage was very good. Therapist was able to take care of my issues. However, it is a misnomer to call it a one hour massage. It is a 50 minute massage.
