I had a massage therapist named Mickey in Dellran New Jersey who was fantastic, I have yet to find another person as good as her. Unfortunately this facility is over an hour from my house and I don’t like traveling so far. Please consider opening it facility in Lawrenceburg TN

Told one thing and then another at check-in and issue that was resolved in April not resolved upon arrival in May. Frustrated to say the least. Therapist was amazing. Reception dissapointing!

I was satisfied

There was confusion about how many gift cards I had available. The last time I was in, the receptionist said I had 3. When I visited this past week, they said I had none. I have cancelled my monthly membership.

I think overall I was highly satisfied. The masseuse was awesome - he worked on problem areas I requested and was very knowledgeable. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. I don’t have anything bad to say except I wish there were more appt slots available when I am able to come in for a massage.

Need to be more cautious with the hydro facials to make sure it’s not too much for your neck

My esthetician was fantastic. I don’t like the membership push. I just want to go and have a facial or massage and not be sold a monthly membership or a bunch of ‘upgrades’ that end up doubling the cost of the service.

My therapist was very friendly to the point that he talked a lot! I think he got lost in the conversation and forgot the massage :)

I scheduled a double visit - first for 9am then added the 8 am appointment only to find out the 9 am appointment has been given away. Disappointing.

Clean and safe experience. Friendly staff too
