I’ve asked the same massage therapist to focus on my back and feet. The last 2 times, she didn’t massage my feet.

My experience at Hand and Stone is always wonderful. The people are always courteous and friendly. However, my only negative takeaway is that the rooms aren't every sound proof. I'm normally in the room nearest to the left side of the desk, practically hear everyone's conversation in the hallway. I believe for members there should some type of complimentary snack or bottle water offered after your service. Adagio spa in the Gulch Downtown Nashville offers a beverage service with a snack afterwards. Lastly, I believe there's a number of businesses in the Franklin/Brentwood area that offers at least a bottle water afterwards. Hopefully, this feedback helps.

There was a good amount of noise within the facility and employees seemed rushed in between appointments where I felt it took away from what could be a very relaxing atmosphere! I did have to wait a while in between my appointments and my facial started about 20 min late. But Theresa was so great!! And so sweet.

While sitting in the reception area it was obvious there was tension between the employees. Most of staff talked too fast.

This is a $99 treatment- she did not take time to remove blackheads, or look for any issues after finding out I didn’t want a skin analysis which meant no upgrade in service or an additional fee. I could pay this amount to an esthetician anywhere else and would have had a full facial without trying to get an upgrade. And have actually had that at other locations.

I had booked a CBD add on with an 80 minute massage in order to use 2 of my packages. The massage therapist did not use the CBD oil and when I checked out I mentioned this to the receptionist. Nothing was done to reconcile the fact that I didnt get the service I had booked and was still charged for my 2 full packages. I should have been offered that CBD add on complimentary on my next booking or some other acknowledgement of the mistake

I was very satisfied with Lauren. She was amazing. However, I didn't know the massage theraoists her name until I asked for her card. I felt more comfortable with Lauren. I had a few problem areas with Rebecca and she tried to work them out but I don't feel like she was working the right areas and I actually left with bruising across my back.
