Hand and Stone

I was frustrated with the lack of receiving an online form to review prior to my arrival. I was told when I scheduled my prenatal massage that I would receive correspondence via email that never came. When they called to follow up the day before I also requested it and it never came.

1. Receptionist never made a note of $59.95 email pricing so was told $119.95 after the massage and been completed. 2. Upon arrival of appointment receptionist who made appointment never added on the $15 pumpkin foot scrub like I had added on the phone 3. Massage therapist left the room light on for the entire duration of the massage for some reason

Great massage and service. Absolutely nothing wrong with the massage or employees. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Just felt like a very generic experience with a sterile environment instead of a spa like experience.

I originally set up the massage with a foot scrub and wasn't given the scrub. In the end I wasn't charged for the foot scrub during my massage, but that was inconvenient. I also was shorted on my massage by 10 minutes and then the massage therapist came back to finish after I had already redressed to "finish the massage ". I appreciate her being honest but it was very inconvenient and less relaxing of an experience.

I tried the Stone Massage for the first time and I didn't like it. I think I will go back to just the normal kind.

James was very good. I told him light to medium pressure & he complied. I think essential oil products should be used for monthly members without cost. Thanks~

Massage therapist asked what areas I might want her to show attention to. I said that I carry stress in my back and shoulders. Unfortunately, that meant she spent way too much time on those areas and neglected other parts of my body that I would have liked to have attention shown.

The music in the room was random gong sounds, with a never ending lame song. While the massage from Brooke was relaxing and therapeutic, numerous times in the massage while I was face down, she was hands off doing something else in the room. I'm not really sure what, because I was face down. :-) Brooke was very polite though and very sensitive to my experience given the current changes due to COVID.
